Hard mode chest error
So I just completed the deathsingers encounter on the hard mode raid, but upon opening the chest, I didn't receive any loot. Nothing came up on screen and nothing was delivered to my post master. I hadn't gotten this far on Hard Mode since the reset, and had only completed the raid on normal. Any help would be appreciated.

On hard mode your not guaranteed a drop except on oryx and if u did on normal and got something that's your drop and you didn't get nothing on hard that's ur drop it's crap but that's how it is in all raid sorry :( (If do hard and not normal you get normal and hard drops at the same time and oryx only guarantees a drop with 20 moldering shards on normal and hard if u didn't do it on normal first )

Same, this happened to me last week on all 3 of my characters. This week I only ran hard mode and received the hard mode class item from sisters.

I believe that drop is kind of how the crota raid was set up. If you haven't played then that part is a "chest" drop, if you will, instead of a boss drop. In which case you can only get one chest drop per week. At least that's what it seems like because two of my friends whom did the normal raid earlier this week both did not get it when we did hard mode last night. Just the best educated guess I can make.

If you are talking about the Crota deathsinger, that one only drops on normal or hard one time per week. Not both. If you are talking about sisters on Oryx, that is some bullshit and I agree!

Same thing happened to me twice last week. Guess that isn't a guaranteed drop, or destiny just screwed up something there.

It means you only got shards so if you did normal you get nothing sometimes, it happens..
