Which class do you think is "Alpha Class"?
Just wondering what the community thinks of the classes now that we have all gotten used to our new supers, so what is Alpha Class?

3 RepliesWell thats actually quite interesting if you think of it from the lore perspective of Destiny, as with the Vault Of Glass i believe it was Kabr the Titan who lead Praedyth and the other (I cant spell his name). But in the Dark Below I believe it may have been Eris Morn (I could be wrong im aware), but its still debated which class she was originally it definitely wasnt Titan. Gameplay wise, Titans seem to be leading on the Crucible perspective since the hunters lost their somewhat overpowered tactic. On a Story/Free-roam perspective its really anyone's ball game right now, i prefer playing a Hunter but I cant deny the effectiveness of either Warlock or Titan in other circumstances. At the moment the Titan is likely the "Alpha" as you called it. But Personally? I think there all pretty even as a whole (as in over the course of every aspect in the entire game).

7 RepliesNeither that's why they work as a team. No Warlock master race. No Titans are the best. No Hunters are the true skill class. Only all of their true potential is unlocked unless you all work as a team and not bitch at each other constantly. The alpha class is the Guardian class.

All classes balance out , each class has something that can shut down the others , bungie isn't going to just make one class absolutely -blam!- another . It's not hard to take down a Titan, hunter, or warlock using their super if you know what you're doing.. It takes skill and precision. Pretty sure I'm gonna get a lot of hate from this but whatever

1 ReplyYou know, this is a tough question to answer. I mean you have to factor in the different perks, each sub classes and it's purpose in a fire team, the different exotic armors, not to mention how the class itself is represented by the players that chose to main them. I don't think that any one person can answ- Hunters. Hunters are the Master race. This is a fact of life.

To be honest even though I main a hunter my Titan is where I feel most comfortable. It's hard to say why but I'll try. When I do something over and over I gain a feeling due to the area I'm at or at soon after. As my Titan was my first that is what I gained that unique feeling on. I hope that isn't weird.

1 ReplyHonestly, and this is coming from someone who plays all three, Titan. Defender is by far the most useful pve subclass, and most people would probably agree that sun breaker is one of, if not the best pvp class. No hate to warlock and hunter, they're fun, but I'm being honest.

I play all classes and i like playing hunter most and warlock last but, to answer your question, ill go with titan. Between all of their subclasses, they can fill any role.
