Psion Flayer Cloak
Can someone please help me? I've seen some people say they drop in regular strikes and some say they only drop in Heroic. I'd like to know so I know if I have to grind heroics until I get it or if I can just go to the director. Thanks!

They drop from either vanguard playlist or heroic

They can drop from either. Best chance is nightfall though. By a LONG shot.

It can be from any version of the strike, and you can have them drop on any character, not just hunters. I've heard nightfalls have a higher drop rate, but can't confirm. I did the nightfall 5 times this week (to help friends) and didn't get one

2 Repliesyes like the guy said before me run the nightfall this week my friend and I two manned it until we got the 2 remaining cloaks we didn't have. It is super easy this week and if all 3 of you have swords you can kill the psions easily just make sure you communicate before hand which one you guys want to go for. My friend and I could run the whole strike in around 10 minutes.

Run the nightfall. The chance is increased. Some guy I played with did it 8 times and got all three plus one double.
