Did you run normal yet this week, If you have not ran normal you will pull loot from both the normal and hard loot tables.

If you haven't run normal, you are getting both normal and hard mode loot drops. the 300 ghost should come from the normal pool.

Did you do normal this week? If not you get both normal + hard drops. Most likely it was from the normal pool.
