Still not buying it, if it's so good, why isn't every warlock running around with one and rather they are using something else? Came up against one yesterday he was using it, completely decimated him, there's no way you can fire 4 shots in the space it takes me to fire two.

Alot warlocks do have it and some people haven't ranked their gunsmith. You probably ran into someone that was using it without having their super. Trust me....you will definitely start seeing post about nerfing it really soon.
