Kat, curious to the degree of breaking protocol and apparently a great hacker and strategist, despite the fact that her plans seem to be lacking in terms of basic forethought. Her lack of situational awareness is noted in the canon, to the degree that it cost her arm in a situation that was extremely critical, a teammate's life because they had to pick up her slack and fill in for her, and ultimately, her life when she failed to recognize the presence of enemy snipers. Now, consider the fact that while you are on the ground in Winter Contingency, he's in the air the entire time, flying around in a Falcon, and never makes a single attempt at providing overwatch. For a SPARTAN, sniping from an aircraft is hardly a challenge, but he never even tries to provide even the most meager of support. He claims his special box of crayons can pick the hat off an Elite at extreme distances, but I can't recall having seen him do so much as scruff the paint of a Minor's shoulder pauldron. Jorge... You know, out of everyone on Noble Team, Jorge is my favorite. He actually kills things with that machine gun of his, and make s a conscious effort to engage the enemy. Granted, he's limited because of his AI programming, of course, but he actually makes an attempt. Even then, he kills himself to be the Big Damn Hero before he can even do anything useful in the game where you actually need him. If he'd have waited five minutes, we probably could have jury-rigged a new timer out of something. Or, for that matter, why didn't we rig it up to a remote detonator? Also, my ship was upstairs. Why did you have to throw me through the atmosphere of a planet? I could have gotten back in my Saber and left. In fact, we probably could have rigged up a detonator off a few of the missiles from those Sabers. What was our escape plan, anyway? Did we plan to jump out of that ship all along? Emile. Emile, Emile, Emile. You carry that bandolier on your chest, and yet I cannot help but ask the most important question: Why? I can't tell if those are forty millimeter grenades or if they're intended to be thermite. My military friends are convinced they're thermite. That would make sense, if you're supposed to be the demolitions expert. Except, you don't ever seem to do that job. Not even once. Jun does it. And Kat detonates them. If they are forty-millimeters, where is your grenade launcher, Emile? Where is your grenade launcher? Why do you only carry around that useless shotgun? God knows you only use the thing in cutscenes. That's right, I see you hiding behind that wall at the entry point while I'm gunning down Ultras and Zealots single-handedly on Legendary. In a room that's close quarters, no less, where you should be excelling. Why are you even here? You deliver "badass" lines and then cower in the corner. And then you decide to take the MAC Cannon to provide anti-air support... Oh, dear God in Heaven, why did you do that? You hit one in maybe five shots. You don't ever seem to take down the Phantoms, which are the main threat here. In fact, your lack of situational awareness results in one getting the drop on you and killing you, and also costs us one of the Pelicans that come to pick us up. Which, by random chance and plot armor alone, was not the one carrying Captain Keyes. In fact, you cost the life of Noble 6 as well as a result. You alone could have single-handedly botched our entire mission in one single act. And for this, I hate you. Also, what is the point in carrying around a giant knife if you never use it? Just so that Kat can draw maps with it and you can tell her it's sharp? She has a prosthetic, man. And armor thick enough to stop plasma projectiles. Nobody cares. And Noble 6? Well, he's got the ability to use several different special abilities, all of which are in extremely limited function and have huge cooldowns, and all of them are situational and provide very little direct benefits for very short amounts of time. Let's ignore the fact that sprinting and rolling are special abilities, yes? Let's pretend that anyone can do that, like a normal Human being. "Hyper-lethal" is still not exactly the title I'd award him, but, you know what? He's got Player Character skills, and that alone makes him actually dangerous. Still, he's lacking in the ability to provide any valuable insight, and that's a problem. He's entirely too reliant on his team for someone who supposedly was an independent operator before. All of them have limited arms and armament that are extremely susceptible to both small arms and directed energy weapons. Meanwhile? Guardians have Space Magic. Titans in particular? We have lightning grenades, which would utterly destroy SPARTAN shielding like an EMP, and may even provide the same EMP effects against vehicles. Who knows what suppressor grenades would do? We have magnetic grenades, pretty equal in power to plasma grenades from Halo. We can generate our own overshields by disintegrating our foes, or deliver a blast of Arc energy directly to them with our fists, which would, once again, short out their shields. Our munitions can be regenerated through the use of synthesis packs or simply restored because they're a part of our Light. We can wipe them out with massive shockwaves, or defend ourselves through deployed bubbles. Or we could burn them all away with a thousand fiery hammers flung from behind cover like cruel, handheld mortars, potentially leaving fiery whirlwinds in their wake that would serve as area denial, and even to strengthen us. Even if they should strike one down, then what? They can be revived at any given time. And that's not even counting any actual weapons that they might bring to the field. Is this even a debate? This would be a bloodbath.

Noble does have Jorge...which is awesome because he's a full on Spartan II but they also have Emile the idiot who broke his own helmet and Kat who can't drive to save her life. The Titans do have Kabr and Saint-14 which is good...but also have Shaxx who is just dead weight. Tough call honestly. And Toland was a Warlock. Perhaps you meant Wei Ning?
