Since when did a new expansion or upgrade automatically make what you had garbage? I haven't purchased Taken Kings yet cuz I'm broke, But i already paid for Nightfall, weekly, daily, and elimination. You can't take that away from your already loyal customers. I'm trying to enjoy the Wolves until i upgrade but it's garbage now. Defective. Should be illegal that you can just destroy a product i purchased to bully me into buying more. Without the newest expansion we can't even make purchases at the tower....i feel so very betrayed. Between me my wife and 2 kids we have about a year (8000) of hours logged in game. This (previous game releases )is not a service or subscription the gets shut off for non payment, it is a purchase. Don't take that away from us. That's theft

So what you mean is that they have taken X from you and given X to us. What is X then?.....

5 Replies-reads post -begins to think of counter arguments along the lines of "you still get to play the game you paid for" -inspects character -sees level 40 -inspects further -sees emote. -laughs Conclusion: OP is fgt
-
Shut up

And yet, you have bought all the DLCs and you have seen that TTK was more than worth the price of the other two DLCs that barely effected any gameplay aspects other than a few missions, strike, raid and PoE, all of which included the original enemies with minor gameplay tweaks (excluding PoE). This DLC has added more replay ability to strikes, missions, makes grinding less RNG focused and more work for pay focused.

This again.

Why you fcuking lying, why you always lying, ooh ma god why you always lying

Online content subject to change... a warning similar to that is always attached to games like this so sol you are

Edited by DarthBrando: 9/29/2015 5:31:57 PMDestiny to date is 60$ CHEAPER than world of warcraft per year; Thats 600$ over its 10 year dlc release life plan; And wow used to cost 25$ a month instead of 15$
-
Read the limited license agreement you signed off on. They can add or remove content on a whim, and you ok'd it.
-
Calls himself a loyal customer Refuses to buy Dlc Lol
-
Troll?
-
So explain to me why u bought the dlc?
-
Pie flavored pie. . .easy money
-
Terrible reasoning.

I think you should sell everything you own, ditch your family, get a job at McDicks, and just play TTK for the next few months. Totally worth it. Except you have TTK... So looks like you already did...
-
Look i dont agree with the trend of games with their add on sales, pay extra for full game content like extra maps or extra characters and all that bs. This is not that. This is a company that cares about the way their game is played, and has put a lot of work into making existing content better, new content interesting, completely rebalencing the game mechanics... and u know what? That took a lot of man hours. Im happy to pay them for the good job they did.

First sentence had poor English. So TL;DR.
-
Sell one of your kids. Problem solved.
-
Sorry, but you agreed to these terms when you first agreed to the EULA.

Edited by RunnerTheJewels: 9/29/2015 4:50:55 PMIf you can't afford 40 dollars, but are gaming on a 300+ dollar console, paying 40-60 for playing online, and upwards of 40 a month for Internet? Seriously, if you can't afford this, you need to find a new goddamn hobby. Nightfall is a max level event, so yes, if you aren't level cap, you can't do it. How do people get away with licking that big of a window?!
-
You technically agreed to the user agreement, which says they can change the game to require new DLC for certain aspects. This model for an ever-evolving game might seem new to a lot of console players, but that's how it is. Sorry. :(
-
1 ReplyHow'd you get your Hunter level 40 without ttk? Tell me your secret!
-
As a college student with crippling loan debt.. -blam!- you
-
You agreed to user agreement so they can do this.
-
You're an idiot.

More like robbing everyone and keeping it for themselves
