Why did they touch Hawkmoon? ;-;
Hawkmoon probably took the most skill out of all the primary exotics; high recoil, HAVE to hit head shots, and it's all about luck to be able to 2 shot.
They hit its damage, luck dmg, stability, and range. Like whaaaatttttt

Thing is, ttk is slower on everything. Even with nerfs, hawkmoon is still currently a monster

Ya no, Hawkmoon was an exotic hand cannon which was the meta last week, it was op with the chance to get the blue moon bullet. The range and stability was a net nerf across all hand cannons. It does not take that much skill to use the Hawkmoon, the no land beyond takes the most skill out of all primary guns.

It's a lot easier to use now since you won't be going against other two shot handcannon like Thorn or tlw anymore. It still two shots ALOT and now there is a sound to notify you when a lucky bullet has proc. The range is still far. I two shotted at almost scout range just like before the patch.

Used it for the first time I'm crucible after the patch...averaged 2.21 k/d on maps I have never seen before...it still very effective at medium range...I'm cool

5 RepliesNot gonna lie, I kind of like it. Yea it sucks that you can't 1 shot anymore but you get more bullets to fire before you have to reload. I've seen people putting in work with it even after it's "nerf"

Out of all the exotic handcannons it seemed the least impacted and I still land shots the same and I enjoy the less zoom.
