If our CM's worked at Fastfood restaurants.
A certain CM working at BurgerKing for example:
"I understand you want your whopper with pickles and cheese because it's your favorite. But our philosophy is that the whopper is actually better without pickles and cheese. It's our intent to provide the best service possible to you so we're filtering what goes on your burger. Thank us. Praise us. Oh and that burger will be 39.99 instead of 4.99 even though it has less content in it. And feel free to fill out a survey, remember, were listening!"

6 RepliesWhy do people blame the messenger...if you people honestly think it is deej and cosmos who are making these decisions than obviously you have no education on how marketing works. They are under contract and only the board of directors can decide what is said. Activision owns bungie and they decide what information is released. The community managers literally tell is to the fullest extent on what they are aloud to say. If they leaked information that was not passed they would lose their jobs and be replaced and guess what nothing would change.
