Let's make this happen Bungie! you would get my credit card info in a heartbeat. I think $9.95 a month would be fair. Perhaps only the people who paid the fee would get access to the dedicated servers.

Or you could just do what battlefield does and have them anyway.
-
Destiny is not worth a monthly fee, even with dedicated servers.
-
Please explain what a dedicated server is.

2 RepliesIf the game was free I think folk might be happy with this. But destiny has had a shit tonne of cash both from us and investment. They should already be able to pay for decent servers.

4 RepliesPetition to ban Cface from destiny

2 RepliesNobody would pay $10 a month for broken, repetitive PvP on a game that's already cost $120, and has the same content as most games of its kind.
-
This is the dumbest idea I've ever heard. I'm sorry I just had to say it.
-
This is a terrible idea especially since they said they're working on dedicated servers anyway

Edited by Kweh: 7/31/2015 8:06:49 PMHell no. Rent a server like BF... Maybe. This game has nothing to even warrant a dollar a month subscription. No monthly content, no free dlc, no anything.

8 RepliesI would pay $10 or $15 a month if there were dedicated servers, actual in game events (holidays, random pve events like original queens wrath), introduction of new content. Stuff like how, tdb would be free. Ttk would be an expansion $40. I would love to see Bungie have seasonal events, things like party hats (runescape players, pve random boss patrol events with dozens of players in a single instance. The fact of the matter is that they have NO incentive to do so. MMOs are constantly expanding and seeing new content due to revenue generated via monthly subs or microtransactions. Until Bungie implements either, Destiny will only see substantial amounts of new content through DLCs or expansions for the most part. Bungie had some nice events to start off the game (Halloween and Queens Wrath). I expect they'll start doing the same when TTK launches so they can hype and sell the Legendary edition like a new game. After that, revenue dies off and they only need to worry about selling the next DLC. People complain about the lack of content all the time. If this game cost $60 on top of $15 a month or sold shaders, character slot unlocks, etc. for money, Bungie would probably produce the amount of content that players expect in this game.

2 Replies$20 DB $20 HoW $40 TTK $60 Destiny Payed $140 for a game that's worth $40 Now your honestly suggesting for a FEE u are kidding me...morons

Their lack of servers isn't my problem.

2 RepliesRemember when ESO had a subscription fee? Yeah, that went well.
-
Terrible idea.

This is a terrible idea

Like we dont pay enough already
-
As much as i would be for this. The game needs to greatly improve.
-
The dlc is the subscription fee.
-
How about Bungie just fixes their current servers. I don't know how it's possible for a game with 6v6 multiplayer to lag so much.
-
I am skrub
-
4 RepliesI pay enough for this shit. They have all the money they need anyways.
-
I'll only pay if pve had more content and regular events. Paying 120$ a year to shoot people on the same maps using he same guns would be stupid no matter how good tgecserverscwere
-
5 RepliesWhat a stupid idea. Whatever your using to post on this forum, throw it in the bath and get in with it.
-
4 RepliesWould people actually pay for this shit
-
1 ReplyThe only people who should have to pay this is people in PvP, which means Bungie would need another way for PvE people to get etheric light other than just that horrid prison unless IB would be a free week or something.
