Why do people use Thorn/TLW in normal crucible?
Seriously why? Why do you have to be so lame. I already have to put up with you in trials and iron banner. I really see no point in using these weapons in regular crucible.
Crucible is way less fun when 4/6 other players have thorn and the other 2 have TLW. Normal crucible is the time to have fun with legendary weapons, maybe even upgrading weapons in there.
You can still try-hard while using a different weapon guys. You would think using the same weapon every day would get boring.
Edit: There are some responses that I can live with. If it's fun then use it. But I would just think using the same weapon over and over would get boring.

I only use thorn because i like winning and having a good kd. I have used scout rifles way more and prefer them. I can also get good scores and win with them, but thorn has an afvantge. If i use thorn i can be on equal level with those that use thorn and tlw. If i dont use thorn and i play a team using all thorn and tlw im only hurting myself. I only use it to counter others. If others didnt or it was nerfed i would never use hand cannons.

Played a match yesterday where a team was using all auto rifles so I switched from messenger to Monte Carlo and started doing really good. They all switched to thorn when they went down by 2000. Still beat them 5000-1800. Monte Carlo is still pretty good I learned.

They need crutches sorry but thorn is just a crutch last word meh I'll take it no after damage it's all good but there are ways to counter thorn just depends how good is your accuracy for headshots personally I use QBB and jewel of Osiris for crucible

I personally really like TLW. Probably my favorite gun. Used it before hand cannons were dominant and will use it when their time has passed.

4 RepliesI use it because it is a gun I am comfortable with. Once you learn the faults of Thorn and Last Word you can easily sidestep its bullets.

I use them only when the other team is destroying us with them. Otherwise get tickled to death with my necrocasm.

I just go with the flow when it comes to crucible. If the team lost because the whole of the other team is using Thorn or TLW, so be it. I don't want the others affect my enjoyment of using different guns in Crucible. I don't want to constrict myself by using Thorn or TLW on Crucible and Fate Bringer on PvE.

With Thorn and TWL I get the same (sometimes better) K/D then when I use my pulse rifle. Both Thorn and TWL are OP and I do not use them often at all..... Love my Three Little Words too much!!!
