Console peasants are still in a loading screen post PCs
They are just oversleeping. Wake them up with some beautiful 60fps 1440p gameplay or show me your build.
The common knowledge that you must know before entering.
-PCs cost less
-You don't have to upgrade a PC every month (or whatever you heard)
-The human eye can see about 250-300 frames per second
-Mouse and keyboard are more accurate than controllers
-PCs have hundreds of exclusives
-PC has a better community

If you want to be running current games at ultra settings, a sub $1000 machine won't really cut it. Plus, upgrades must be made at least every year to stay up to date with new games and new technologies. that way we can run games at super silky frame rates at incredible resolutions that consoles could only dream of. Or, you could just pay 400$ for your console and not worry because developers will just lock games at 30fps so that you can run them on your shitty hardware

4 RepliesI mostly agree with you, but I believe one place Consoles do actually win is multiplayer compatibility, as in multiple people playing in the same room. For console, I just need anther controller, but for PC, a lot of games don't allow that, or its simply not worth playing on a split screen where I can't tell what I'm shooting at

I've done the PC gaming scene before and just don't really care to spend $1000 or more on a PC just so I don't have to upgrade it once or twice a year just to see the very best graphics every time a new game comes out. Everybody that plays a console knows that PC has better graphics. There is no way a console could have better graphics than the PC since it takes a PC to create a console game. One thing that can be said about a console is that they are much more consistent at displaying good graphics than PC without all the hassle involved.

You also have to take into consideration wether or not the console community is worth 50-60 dollars a year. Also the games. Consoles have great exlusives as do pcs. Im actually in the process of building my first desktop i used to use a laptop and I already have an xbox one which I like a lot but there are more things you can do on pc plus i need it for animation not just gaming. I am not a fan of most of the pc community because what I have seen is that the majority ive met are butt hurt no lifes who force opinions on others and have nothing in common with my intrests. No offense to anyone im sure there are plenty of wonderful people but I usually play solo steam games like Bethesda games because of that issue I encounter often. I think people should just respect others decisions to buy what they buy.

I agree with all that except for the community. Our community, albeit better than Xbox, PS, or Nintendo, is still shit. It's filled with self entitled assholes who think they deserve the world because they can afford an expensive build or some shit. When it comes to the communities of all these, just stick to your friends that you actually know and you won't have problems.
