Which is better, The Fatebringer or The Word of Crota?

Fatebringer. Even before you could ascend it, it was still the best legendary hand cannon for PvE. That's like asking what tastes better: steak or cat food?

I seriously don't even know how this keeps -blam!-ing coming up. This shit was settled without contest once etheric light became available. Before that, the Fatebringer was still the best but only marginally. Now its not even close.
