didn't get expasion pass
i pre order destiny and was given a card that says includes expasion pass 1 and 2 why didn't i get it please help me with this problem

My guess is you don't have the expansion, but rather an advertisement for it. When you buy the game from most retailers you'll recieve a pamphlet for the Expansion Pass. This was the case 8 months ago and is still the case now. I have mine right in front of me, but I can't seem to upload the picture on this site from my phone and I don't feel like sending it to my email to post it on the actual site. Instead I'll just write everything out on it, word for word. Destiny Expansion Pass Includes: Expansion I & Expansion II Save $5 Then right below it are two pictures of the DLCs, The Dark Below and House of Wolves. With images of a Thrall and Captain on their respective poster. It would be really helpful if you posted a picture. It's not hard: take a picture with your phone, text message it to your email, copy & paste the picture to your desktop (or any folder), then come back to this post and link it. Unless you purchased one of the Deluxe Editions of the game (both of which have been sold out since launch or via online PSN / XBoxLive) then there's no way the Season Pass came with your game.

It might just be the pamphlet on the game case where the Expansions are being endorsed.

9 RepliesHi TiTaNz, If you pre-ordered Destiny from a retailer you'll need to contact that seller in order to determine how you were supposed to receive your Expansion Pass. Pre-order promotions were not provided by Bungie directly but rather by the retailer from which you purchased the game.

The code should be on the receipt if it's not on the card.

If the codes arent on the card they may have been printed on ther receipt

Edited by digidv85: 5/12/2015 2:55:31 PMIf you indeed bought a legitimate card and entered the code through your system, I fail to understand what you mean by not getting it. The Dark Below content you should have access to but the House of Wolves content doesn't release until May 19th.
