450 motes later... The Spear
225 re-rolls. I spent all my motes and didn't really care. I bought 3 spears. 1 to experiment. I tried for Unflinching, Field Scout, Perfect Balance, Armor Piercing and Final Round. At best, only 3 of the 4 ever showed up.
Anyone else get lucky with all these perks on one sniper? want to know if it is possible?
***For those that didn't know, field scout starts with double the ammo then you can switch the perk. This works before picking up ammo as well. The goal here was to get the perfect PvE/PvP dual use weapon.
Props to Phlogisticated for researching the probabilities.

6 RepliesApparently it's possible. None of the four perks are exclusive to the other. You should see that combination on 1-in-378 randomly-rolled Spears.

2 RepliesIt's a sniper, other than final round it won't make a huge difference what it has as long as the scopes are good. If anything, I find ammo perks the best.

6 RepliesI had six motes left Sunday night, spent em on my second efrideets hoping for a good pvp roll. Literally got it with my last two motes. If you can show me a better pvp sniper than my efrideets on my titan I will give you everything I own. Im so happy with it :)

I bought 3 speer Solar - Ambush, Rodeo, Field Scout/Perfect Balance, Firefly (~60 motes) Void - Ambush, Spray and Play, Field Scout, Firefly (~160 motes and still not my ideal roll) Arc - Ambush, Rodeo, Field Scout/Perfect Balance, Final Round (2 motes, will be PvP sniper now)

30 rolls later, i got arc with: Unflinching Skip rounds/field scout/+2 agility Final round Pretty happy!

I spent 2 motes and got performance bonus, armor piercing, and final round with void burn. Bought another one and got unflinching, field scout, and firefly with arc damage. 4 motes spent and I have 3 snipers (one of each element) with at least one good for PvE and one for PvP.
