Petition to remove Crucible from the game, or...
Find a way to balance it without alienating the majority of players.
First off I'm not a big fan of these petition threads but I feel this is necessary. After speaking with a lot of my friends I believe that all of the changes Bungie, has made in the name of weapons balancing for pvp is why so many people have left the game. Bungie desperately wants more people to play pvp. They've already shown us the numbers and that it's a small fraction of players who actually play it regularly. So Bungie, caters to the minority and in turn pisses off the majority and they leave.
My suggestion would be to either find a way to balance pvp without wrecking pve or drop pvp all together and save your game.
Edit: For those of you who didn't read past the title. I don't want pvp gone. But if they can't find a way to tune it without ruining peoples favorite weapons in pve then from a business stand point it doesn't make much sense for them to keep it. I've had more people tell me lately that they've left because of the changes than because of the lack of content.

4 RepliesThey aren't going to please everyone ever and as many people as they please, there will be just as many pissed off. I enjoy crucible a ton, but just because not everyone does doesn't mean it should be deleted from the game, thats like saying raids should be removed from the game because only 19% of the community has completed a raid.

1 ReplyLet's remove PvP? I'm all for it. Destiny PvP is nothing more than a lag fest, mixed with cheaters and glitch users. I hate PvP in this game. More so I hate the a-holes that have to cheat to be any good. I suffer through it so I can "earn" gear. Can I get Fractions to sell gear that take vanguard mark and pvp marks? There's a good fix.

I can also see that bungie is trying to make us all better at the game by more or less forcing us to practice if we want those weapons. We can always just ignore pvp and give up on those guns... Even if it rankles not being able to complete that exotic set! But it has helped me see another side of gaming, I don't like it but there may be others out there who, after being coerced into it,actually thrive. So let it be.

3 RepliesDid you just try to remove pvp? What's wrong with you?! Can't get a simple 360 no scope double kill? Well me neither... Actually, I got it in pve, but that's besides the point. I did get a hardscope double kill without armor piercing. But still besides the point. People have their best abilities, some like things better than others. Get over it or git gud.

1 ReplyWon't happen, bungle isn't going to risk losing more players. Crucible is endgame content after all endgame content has been completed. I don't do raids anymore because I have everything. I come back for crucible.
