How many peopl bought a gally?
I was just thinking about it, im not a day one player so i wasnt here, but i heard he sold it in week two of destiny, and i know now 17 strange coins is nothing, but after two weeks of me playing the game i know i didnt have 17 strange coins, i think it took me over a week to get level 20 let alone have 17 strange coins

When he was first here he sold strange coins for motes of light, and gjallahorn although I did not buy it I got it the next week.

I had enough to buy it but I thought it was just a stupid rocket launcher so I decided to save my coins instead. Now I buy all new exotics even if I don't want it.

Got mine 2 or 3 weeks after he sold it when I completed my first NF. I passed on it (had enough coins) and bought an armor piece. I wanted a primary Exotic more. At that time no one realized how great the weapon really was. Never figured my first Exotic weapon would be the one everyone coveted. I complained like a little bitch when I got it smh. Now Im the proud owner of 2 of them.

I did. I saved up my Strange Coins for that second week, hoping that Xur might sell Red Death again (he had it the first week, but I didn't have enough coins to buy); but instead he had Gjallarhorn. I didn't have any Exotic weapons yet, so I figured, "what the heck?", and I bought it. Good thing I did, seeing as that was the only time he ever sold it...

I bought it, but I have no idea how I had the coins, or how I figured out what xur was lol. I don't remember if I just happened upon him, or if someone told me. I know I completely missed him week one though, not that I would have had much to buy anything then anyway,

I could've, I had enough strange coins... But I had just had truth drop from crucible a few days before and I was thinking I don't really need 2 exotic rocket launchers and that doesn't have aggressive tracking and proximity explosions so I don't need it... How wrong I was... [spoiler]I have 3 now though[/spoiler]

I bought mine on week 2. I was one of the ones that couldn't get better armor out of blue engrams. They gave me motes and strange coins most of the time. I may have been level 22 for the longest time but at least I had a gjallarhorn so it was a win in my book haha.

I bought one and had 3 to drop to date.

I bought it played a warlock to lvl 16, thought nup, cod is better, all my friends played cod at the time, I didn't start playing again until January when my friends were getting it for Christmas, but then when I did start playing it again I started a hunter which I got to 15, started a tita n which I got to 20 or something before continuing my warlock, restarted my hunter got to lvl 20, got my titan to 30 or something. Then my warlock to 27, then my hunter to 30, now I've got a 32 titan, a 31 hunter and I didn't like my warlock much so I deleted it, I made another one but I haven't played it really

Call me a noob but at that time I didn't know what Xur was. And if I did I had no where near 17 coins.

My friend bought it though, and I was like, 'what an ugly gun with a stupid name. Why would I ever want that.' I did major grinding when I first laid eyes on the Icebreaker though, and I was the envy of many players until Xur sold it again, and again and again. Now after hundreds of hours played, I still don't have the Gjallarhorn. One of the last couples exotics I need.
