Perks of Radiant Dance if Machines?
The app on my phone doesnt show the perks of items that xur is selling, only the stat boosts. Can someone tell me the perks of the exotic leg armor for hunter, please? Just the actual perks not the defense increase ones.

To view the perks, tap on the item, then when you are at the upgrade screen, tap each of the circles until you see the special stats you wish to know.
