Nerf = Scrublord

That's the common theme I've been seeing throughout the forums. As soon as one player voices their opinion about a gun being OP and wanting it nerfed, people come crawling through the woodwork to tell them shit like "git gud fegit." I mean, there's a lot of great weapons in Destiny, but the fact that some people are able to do insanely well with them doesn't warrant a nerf. The most probable answer as to how they're so good with whatever weapon they're using, as that they have the most experience most comfortable with it. Take Red Death for example. I love that thing. I played dozens of strikes with it pre buff, (for obvious reasons) and I've gotten insanely comfortable with it as a result. That doesn't mean it needs to be nerfed just because I can melt someone in like 2 seconds with it. Maybe it's because I can hit my shots and I'm accurate. Maybe it's because I've figured out the best playstyle to go along with RD. Maybe it's because I just got lucky. A counter example is TLW. I think it's ass. Does it mean it needs a buff? -blam!- no; in the right hands, it cuts through Guardians like a hot knife through butter. We've all seen it first hand. The reason for this is because the is more adept is using the weapon, plain and simple. Of course some guns will outshine others in certain aspects; that's to be expected. But if you honestly think the answer to even the playing field is to nerf things, you're sadly mistaken. It's a competitive game. Some people are better than others. Pair those players with a semi decent weapon and you're bound to classify their set ups or weapons as OP. The best way to deal with these situations is as follows: - Adjust your play style to counter the player(s) - Use a different (or the same) gun as them - Quit if you're not having any fun - git gud scrub
