Why has Xur not sold Heart of Praxic Fire?
So why has Xur not sold Heart of Praxic Fire in the timespan that he has been around? Like not even once? I mean cmon Bungie, you're breaking my balls here. He's even sold Ghjallahorn, but not this chestplate?

17 RepliesWhy oh why do you guys want the heart of the praxic fire so bad? It doesnt do anything special except decrease the cool down of your abilities by like 1/8 of a second. On my other account I had a warlock with that armor, I didnt like it, so I dismantled them.

Probably just because its good. They keep saying its all rng, but i just cant buy it anymore........no way it can still be random when its so obvious that only the best stuff never comes up....(gjallarhorn, st 14, hopf, apothosis veil)
