#Gaming used to be full of awesome threads discussing other games than Destiny as the Bungie Webteam intended and discussing the gaming industry, after all if people want to discuss Destiny there is already a dedicated sub-forum/#Tag called #Destiny. Though ambiguous forum descriptions and banner is not helping.
#Gaming, are you still there? Or have the trolls overrun you?

1 ReplyNewfags are getting dumber and dumber. I'd say the bulk of b.net users now were born after you created your account. No other reason the community is that toxic, stupid, and easily rustled. Since b.roken, the Webteam have done a stupendous job of spreading their cheeks for the retards, and simultaneously driving the majority of the older members with better opinions off the site. Hell, the community hasn't even been the same since b.next.

3 RepliesI'm certain it largely has to do with the number of moderaters not scaling with the number of users. I'd delete threads with trash subjects like "ps4" and merge stuff like the Evolve LFG threads. I'm enjoying myself here though. Here's a thought. I'm not really a fan of this hashtag organization, but you could use it to start a new category for better discussions. #GAMINGARISTOCRACY perhaps. :)

3 RepliesI remember a year ago, in anticipation for Destiny I joined the forums that I didn't even know existed when Halo was around. It was such an awesome community, good interesting threads, heck even the trolls were better and funnier. Now it's either the same copy/paste threads, bad trolls ( <_< ), and maybe a decent topic every one in a million. Point is, if I had known this community had been here so long i'd have joined in a heartbeat.
