When you see a 32 in PvP...
...what's your first impression?
Mine is usually...
"Nice. They've got their PvE Uniforms on.

I can't imagine how confused they must be when they're getting dominated by a level 26/28 (Sometimes I like to wear the PS-Exclusive armor) with a blue scout rifle and the first sniper rifle you get in the game (Stalker BNGL & Calcutta FTW)

I'm pretty sure nobody cares about levels in normal crucible.

Iron regalia gauntlets for auto rifle reload, helm of Saint 14, chest piece and legs for ammo...that brings me to 32 anyway. Exotics are the only armor pieces worth the perks.

I play in whatever. I do notice I get targeted more when I'm 32. Doesn't matter to me though. If anything, it's great practice.

Maybe it's because their favorite gear is leveled all the way up?? Just a thought.

I rock my raid gear in pvp and maintain a1.3 without being a try hard. Defender with the balboa build and hard light. I do rock my shotty but I tend to go for the range kills with its spread reducing ads perk. Of course unless you are dumb enough to enter my bubble with no super. Then it's point blank shotty to the face.

Sheesh..don't make generalized statements if you don't want to be called a troll. I am sure most who are 32 and go into PvP don't bother to change armor. That would be my excuse. It took getting every achievement on Halo 3 to get the Katana. You should equate it to the Hyabusa Armor without the Katana. That is a better analogy. All you needed for Hyabusa armor was to get the 13 skulls. You would see that armor and immediately think, ok we are gonna destroy these scrubs. Its very easy to get to 32. You just need three raid pieces and one exotic. You never have to beat the hard raid to be a 32. Does that analogy make more sense?

Your PVP armor is irrelevant. In fact level 32 gear is probably an advantage. The armor rating is disabled, so everyone is equal. The only benefits are the stat rolls and the perks. Your rationale is flawed!

1 ReplyI'm using gear that gets me to 32 on pvp just cause i can get the stats i want with the said gear.(intellect/discipline,fast auto rifle reloads,cary more heavy ammo) and when i see 28s or 29s i think:wow easy 1 again and most times it is :)
