Same here !It doesn't work. But I don't see anybody really complaining about that. probably because nobody gives a sh** about this weapon...

The perk isn't guaranteed to return ammo. There's a chance it returns ammo.

If that's the case they should rewrite the description of the perk and use conditional tense cause right now it says "Kills with this weapon grant bonus ammo, directly to the magazine" and not "Kills with this weapon has a chance to grant bonus ammo, directly to the magazine" like the Mulligan perk does.

Bungie is aware of the description ambiguousness and they are working on updating the text. I'd guess when they update the guns next time. But they have not made any statements on when these changes will occur.
