whilst you are apparently listening to us mere mortal gamers, could i point out the lack of ANYTHING to do this week for those of us without crota dlc? i was pretty peeved to discover on tuesday that i had no nightfall OR weekly challenge, not to mention half the dailys being dlc only affairs too. to add insult xur had absolutly bugger all for us original game owners also, the only things ive been able to do is bountys (did get my thorn so 1 plus in a poor week) and 3 hard vault of glass raids. all of this was done by tuesday and im seriously considering buying another game that doesnt punish me for not buying everything you say i should own. oh, 1 ore thing, i have 6 preadiths revenge, i do not require anymore when killing the templar, doesnt matter what difficulty i do its all you seem to deem me worthy of.. lastly trading trading trading, i have a spare vex myhtoclast saved for swapping for something shiny i dont have, such as a fatebringer or a gimme the horn. hers food for thought, il buy your precious dlc's when you sort out all your bugs, simply making everything require me to own the dlc to do anything in a week is going to turn me off this game quicker than any disconnection issues.even dlc owners were shocked at how youve stiffed us this week. feel free to reply to my post to confirm you have read it atleast, i dont seriously expect you to do anything about it, afterall youve had my money now right?

Just got the necrochasm today.. any thoughts? I consider myself very lucky to get it but I hear it sucks and I tested it in PvP and it was horrid.. I like the cursed thrall explosions though!

You know bungie I was hoping someone would speak up about this but I guess I can't wait. As much as I love PvE, I started as a PvP player and I'm finding myself out of the crucible recently. What I loved, what brought me to the game as an avid halo player. I began looking up mlg Destiny. Why is there no MLG Destiny I asked myself. Here's what I concluded. There's no custom gaming in destiny, I can't set up a clan vs clan and scrim, I can't 1v1 someone, I have to go to rumble pit and hope other ppl aren't feeding him kills or I need to hunt extra hard. Also maybe the super charges have something to do with it. What I'm saying is I'd love to see custom playlist, no radar playlists, no supercharge playlists. I'd love to kick out another clans teeth when they talk shit and I know my team handles the crucible like its my bitch tied up to the bed post, no lube and I'm raw dogging. But I can't, I can only talk without custom playlists. I can't gather a team of all my friends and rumble pit, explore the maps, explore strategies. That brings me to capture the flag. I reminisce on my days in 8th grade in Jamaica. System linking 4 xbox's. Gathering 15 or even more of my friends to go ham in 2v2s, 4v4s, And free for alls in halo 2. Turning maps like Coagulation, an open arena, one directional map, into the wickedest and most strategic games of capture the flag. I cannot tell you how many tournaments I've hosted and I've been to back in those halo 2 days. It was Infectious, I never went to a friends without a TV, Xbox, and a network hub. My essentials. This was all custom gaming. Destiny actually brought me back to gaming, after halo 2 I slowly fell off and by the time reach was out I was far too into girls to pick up my controller again. Please we need more playlists, we neeeeeeed custom gaming, we neeeeeeed MLG so put pros can shine. And I have a few clans on my list just waiting to slaughter. Ich habe nur paar Stunden Zeit zum zocken (genau wie mehrere andere berufstätige Zocker), und da will ich das Spiel genießen und nicht 2stunden am Tag Glimmer Farmen, weil ihr bei Xur keine schwere Munition seit Silvester verkauft !!!! Ihr sagt in Forum, dass ihr alles für uns Zocker macht, damit das Spiel interessante wird !!!! Was ist dabei interessant, wenn stundenlang die gleiche Missionen machen , nur um Glimmer zuverdienen und paar schwere Munition Kisten zukaufen ????!!!!! Ihr wollt, dass wir Crota Hard fair bekämpfen, dann bringt doch endlich schwere Munition zum Verkauf, damit wir es wenigstens versuchen können, statt nicht mal dran zudenken, weil keiner schwere Munition hat !!!!!!!!!!! Seid bitte Menschen, und nicht Wesen die auf Einnahmen von Vekauf des Spiel's scharf. Sind. !!!!!!!!

Are there any facts to prove that you have to be wearing glowhoo to receive the crux of crota?

Could you make it so you can access the vault from orbit? It takes a long time to go to the tower, put the item you want to give to another character in the vault, change character and then go back to the tower to take the item. Thanks

Do you even feel like lonely guardian, trying to get an exotic, from RNGesus? Do you ever feel like a worthless guardian trying to get raid gear, from RNGesus? Do you ever feel like a depressed guardian, trying to get a Gally, from RNGesus? Do you know the feeling of getting shards from a nightfall, getting energy from a nightfall, getting a pulse rifle from a nightfall, but there's always a chance, you've got to take your disc out of the tray, take with you outside, and ignite, set it on fire, let it shine, throw it across the sky, acting as a firework. Boom boom boom, no more Destiny, you just should let it gooooooo :)

All credit goes to JoshMdy. http://www.bungie.net/en/User/Profile/5721002 So I think this could be a good DLC to bring a lot of lore and content into the game, this is just an idea I'm throwing out there... (General description first, then more details at the bottom.) This DLC could introduce a new enemy and also hostile wildlife on all planets. A new npc would show up in the tower. This would be a shady looking character dressed in unknown hunter gear, possibly a second agent of the nine. This person would have reputation and offer bounties to hunt down a certain number of the new hostile wildlife. This would start the quest line. As you progress and rank up the npc, they offer new class items to buy.(ie. a wolf pelt cloak for hunters, or a wolf pelt titan mark, or a wolf tail wrapped around the warlocks arm as a bond(sorry warlocks, your class item kinda sucks lol).) As you hunt more and more wildlife, you finally find an exotic item. A claw from a young Ahamkara lodged in a carcass. This sends the npc histerical as they thought Ahamkaras were indeed extinct, and tells you that if you can find one and kill one you will be greatly rewarded, but you will need a good team to take it down....thus the raid becomes unlocked. This would also bring in new public events. Like as you are patrolling a young Ahamkara swoops down and attacks and you must fight it off. Or some of the other new hostile wildlife goes berserk. Ahamkara Hunt (Raid) "Cryptarch legends say that in the days these beasts were hunted to extinction, Guardians found new strength after slaying them. Now there are rumors of sightings, and the strongest of Guardians are on the hunt to try and claim that power." This raid would take place on a new section of venus, (that's where the Ahamkara can be seen flying) and should be very difficult with the final boss being a large adult ahamkara (dragon for those that don't read the grimoires). If you want an idea on size, play "the wakening" mission and at crota's soul I believe there is an Ahamkara skeleton wrapped around that room. After you successfully slay the beast, you and your fireteam should unlock a new subclass which would be named the same for all classes but with different specs... Dragonslayer Titan Dragonslayer Solar powered "You have walked through the flames of the beast, and you embrace them." Super Knight of Flame Titan summons forth a blazing sword and shield of pure flames. The melee button would swing the sword, the shield would passively grant defense with an upgrade option to do a shield bash or charge when you hit RT/r2. Melee Dragon Fist Flame melee, if it hits as critical, the target is briefly blinded. Jump Thermal Rise Can be upgraded similar to Lift. Grenades Cleansing flame An aoe grenade that fills the air with fire doing dot to those it initially contacts. Blinding flames Similar to the flashbang but fire based and has a chance to highlight enemies for your allies. Dragons snare A grenade that can ensnare up to two enemies, restricting movement for 3 seconds. Hunter Dragonslayer Void damage "Beneath the shadow of its wings you fight the darkness." Super Shadow Shot Hunter summons a bow that fires an arrow of pure void energy, killing all in its path and leaving a damaging torrent in its wake. This arrow would over-penetrate everything until it hit a hard surface. For those that think this is weak, if used correctly you could essentially cut a crucible map in half with a shot, cutting off the other team. Melee Dark Blade standard the blade charges with void energy for the strike. Can be a throwing knife that pins enemies in place. Jump Void Leap Similar to the triple jump upgrade tier, but allows hunter to be harder to see and hit when jumping. Grenades Void blast A grenade that explodes with enough force to knock back enemies. Sticky grenade A standard void based grenade that sticks to enemies. Void Vortex A grenade that pulls enemies in, doing dot. Warlock Dragonslayer Arc damage "Those who see the lightning in the beasts eyes and live are forever marked." Super Lightning Strike You summon the power of the dragons domain. You raise your hand calling lightning from the sky that hits you and arcs to enemy players around you. Could be upgraded to have the lightning arch off of the enemies it hit to another enemy, increasing its range. Melee Static Strike Electricity arcs from your fingers, striking the enemy. If it hits as critical, briefly stuns them. Grenades Overcharge A grenade similar in looks and animation to the pulse grenade, but with every pulse it knocks out enemy shields and charges allies shields back up. Static Grenade This grenade detonates causing enemies to become static charged for a short time, doing damage to any of their allies they get near. Thunder Grenade When this grenade detonates it causes enemies to go deaf(pvp) or dissoriented (pve) for a short time. Since you get rewarded with a new subclass from this raid I saw no need for raid gear. However, after completing the raid, the npc would have new items for purchase in the form of "current level" dragon scale and dragon bone armor. The ahamkara armor pieces could be drops in the raid along with any new dragon themed weapons. Also, when using this class you would get +10 to intellect, discipline, and strength when a piece of ahamkara armor is worn. This dlc would also introduce an ahamkara armor piece for titans(perhaps a young ahamkara rib cage as a chest piece) that could only be attained through this raid, along with the existing ahamkara armors.
