There MUST be 1 leader. .. must. . 2 or 3 people barking orders don't work. But the mark of a true leader is knowing when to put someone else in charge.

The hope is we can work it out like adults on who does what and avoid the leader drama....we get enough drama from our wives lol

AGREED... the leaders need made BY the teams not made FOR the teams .. everyone knows who the best leaders in the different raids are. I only step up when I'm helping people that just don't know because there are better coordinators than myself in DoD for VoG for sure. Crota, I'm learning real quick but I observe more than talk. . Berberick.. yuki ..vlad.. Wesbot.. roric.... bearded. ... there's are a couple more of course but.. We just need to find the leaders for different times during the week... some teams are already almost built as we see from the posts here. The next Raid whenever it may be we should be able to just rip thru

I want to be able to.keep them formed and keep them going for the House of Wolves as well...I got one formed already and another needs 3 I see you want the leaders to be experienced already.....I was thinking from a general "leader" meaning. I would hope that the experienced leaders would take the lead. The "happy path" is the groups would form and leaders would naturally imerge from the ranks. :-)

That is all I know so far. You should start one Kross :-) Im not concerned about the classes at the moment we can iron.that all out and I hope most ppl have multiple classes...like us...we can learn and switch roles and grow together.
