Ammo synthesis won't work if you're dead or your consumable inventory is full. Make sure you have an empty slot

There are many open slots and i tried it at the tower and at any fightzone. It is only blinking for one time red, when i try to use it. Friends, i've played togethet also told me that tip, but it did'nt help :(
