Everyone has different ideas of what they should be doing during different parts of the raids...having a semi-solid group that has run it together multiple times should create a defined set of roles for each person. This would increase efficiency and, in theory, drive down the completion times.
This should consistently get the raids down to approximately the amount of time it takes to do a nightfall/weekly.

I don't think this would be a problem with this group, but we would just need to make sure the vets are taking care of the guys less familiar with the raids.

Yeah different people have ideas of what the perfect raid party is. I would think you need two people for each part one is the main the other the back up. Then you can also pull each other's alternates through. For example.....I know Yuki, BERBERICK, and myself crush the lamps with hunters. We usually take turns pulling each others alternate characters through. You get those alternates leveled and as those get leveled you can run through and teach each other the different roles as well. In a prefect environment you could take one night for raids the next night for nightfall and weekly and then level up your new toys until new week roll over again.

I agree with this one day for night fall and weekly and the other for Crota and another for vog

I totally agree. Ideally you would want a versatile team that could do any job in the raid, but in reality if you are good at just one thing that is still very useful. Once we really get into a groove it's easier to start messing around and learning new jobs. The other thing is most of us have multiple classes, but some only run one character or class. I'm not sure how to take that into consideration when forming teams.
