If I had to manage this community of abrasive whiners I would keep communication to a minimum too. All the dude does is gets bitched at for shit he can't control by self entitled teens, I'm surprised he hasn't snapped and told them all to go -blam!- themselves

Then if you can't take the heat and get your feelings hurt from something you read in a forum... then you deserve to loose your job if that is what you signed up for in the first place. The type of stuff that is posted in forums is not something that is new to the internet. Anyone that takes a job as a game's community manager should know this, and know what to expect. You need thicker skin if you can't take what is said in a forum online.

Yes automatically assuming that someone doesn't want to respond to asshole simply because he can't handle it kinda makes you a prick. And he probably doesn't respond because he has to sift through layers of complaints to find anything. The only mature suggestions are ones that he has acknowledged that bungie is aware of and are working on, anything past that I have nothing against him for ignoring the community when he can

No not really. You can get your point across without kicking and screaming or non stop complaining. Self entitled is the only word I can think of to go back to, bungie gave you a game that many have put 300+ hours into in exchange for your money and the forums are just caustic people yelling at someone or bitching about how the game isn't perfect

Bungie and Activision don't owe the customer base anything, especially not when they whine about it and throw fits like this forum does. I'd ignore you guys too, why don't you go look at the times deej has responded and count the positive compared to negative responses back to him and see which is more.
