Solar and wind sound cool but in America, which uses the most of those two than most countries, those only contribute to about 1% of all energy, even with all the media craze and government subsidizes. And here is another fun fact, people seem to think that electric cars are these zero emission solutions to global warming. Well if use electricity instead of gas, then the country will have to use more coal, which releases more pollution than oil does. And trust me you can't power millions of electric cars with renewable energy resources
