It's not that bad if you can actually aim... unlike most people... lol

It's bad even if you can aim.

If you can aim you can use any other sniper rifle and avoid: - Ridiculously slow firing speed. - Scope wobble. - Awful sight picture. Handicapping yourself by using a shitty gun instead of any number of superior weapons =/= Better sniper skills.
