Fist of havoc needs to be nerfed just as much as nova bomb.
But wait,
Nova Bomb doesn't need to be nefed, does it?

Nova Bomb doesn't really annoy me as much since the Warlock is vulnerable to counterattack before he fires it off. And I don't see too many Warlocks in Crucible anyway.

I think pvp keeps you with guardians of your class, or anything similar.
