GTA4.
Big open world without a thing to do. Kind of like being in Des Moines on a summer Sunday afternoon around 5pm...

I agree. I really liked it when I played it, I liked the unique take to the Main Character, but years after completing it, I've realized that I feel it's the weakest mainline GTA game.
