RNG from the Factions are bad too. I run with Dead Orbit trying to get a shader. I'm currently rep level 24 with DO and still not a single shader! WTF?!

They should have the factions sell shaders

Or at least make them available for purchase around rep level 30 or so in case they haven't dropped by then.
