I've been playing Halo since CE. I haven't played the Halo 5 beta. What's so bad about it?

It feels like CoD a bit. Not bad though but not as fun as Destiny pvp imo

Edited by Im Panther Land: 2/20/2015 12:27:38 AMit kind of does seeing as destiny is so fing bad

Edited by Pay Twice: 2/19/2015 11:38:45 PMDestiny feels more like CoD than Halo 5 does, and it's the closest Halo's been to its competitive roots since 3.
PvZ Garden Warfare has better PvP than Destiny lel
You're kidding right? ....Destiny crucible is terrible
-
The lag part and no custom games suck but I like pvp overall
-
The crucible? - you start with sniper and shottie ammo - power ammo is in abundance - press bumpers to get 20 kills a game - so so so unbalanced, guns, perks, all that shit is madly unbalanced - your ENTIRE team can get the heavy weapon ammo - OHK melee attacks Etc. There's so much wrong with game bro. I mean I guess it can feel fun if you don't like a competitive MP though that balanced. Competitive MP and a" PvP" mode are worlds apart. I knew the crucible was going to be jacked up when I read an article stating the balance would be designed with inspiration heavily derived from league of legends..... A game where shit gets patched constantly and the community is in chaos over balance issues. Fps mixed with that's terrible in terms of ever hoping to have a competitive mode. That inferno mode won't substitute a real competitive MP either. Its all good if you like it tho, I just can't imagine why anyone who was into halo could like that more. Especially being used to a balanced game and going into the complete opposite

He said in his opinion man you can't change it. Why try
-
And I gave mine, with references to show why my opinion is the way it is. Is there something wrong with that?
-
It's fun as all hell. The people losing their shit over it are afraid of change. Gunplay is awesome. It needs a little tweaking but the registry is better than a lot of recently released FPS titles I won't name here. Mobility is refreshing. Sprint is balanced, useful, and sometimes a tactical advantage can be found using it in larger gun battles. Boosting and clambering onto ledges makes you think in three dimensions. You can get almost anywhere. Shoulder charging is a fun new way to get a kill from behind and nothing is as rewarding as timing a perfect ground pound maneuver and getting a kill. It definitely instills a feeling of being a badass.
-
From what I've heard, literally nothing. Some people are strangely freaking out about it though.
-
Absolutely nothing
