Devices like Eagle Eye and xim are not authorized hardware and go against the terms of service.

I haven't read too much into what is and isn't authorized. Seems like a fine line, but my point is items that enhance a players performance and does not alter the game performance is player preference imo. I do not see a difference in players using custom controllers vs high tech headsets.
