Revised: Those who cheese Crota have ZERO skill
It's becoming harder and harder to find a decent group with MODERATE skill to beat Crota without cheesing. The common response: "It's easier", "It's faster", "We have a two level 30s"...WTF Is wrong with you?
I challenge you(Do you guys even LIKE a challenge???) that I will beat crota with two level 30s and myself carrying the sword...With ANY of my characters as 31, I wont even use my level 32 hunter, BEFORE you can cheese him..

If, you have Crota special or heavy weapon during the Hard raid once its released, and you DONT know what is going on, you will be booted you pathetic scrubs...

I cheeze the first part with my third character, a lvl 27 titan..., now i cant go on....

My clan does not raid. The first week I had no problem finding a non-cheese group. Every week it gets harder and harder.

is this for real .. the crota raid is a peice of piss not cheeseing him man its so -blam!-in simple. disapointed to say the least. cant wait for hard mode

My team beat Crota legit after 9 hours. Now finding a team to actually do the raid is impossible :( I'll admit its nice being able to be done in 5 minutes, but hell it only takes 15 to do it legit.

To start, ive beaten him straight up with no problem.. THAT BEING SAID... i cheese him all the time, why??? Saves time, frustration, and arguments due to idiot random fill in teammates since most normal people have jobs and cant be available 24/7.. Same end result.. so what was the problem exactly?

Can't take a challenge if people keep quittin'. I hesitate with this raid much more. Aside from my normal group not always being on around the same time to run it, I've just gotten real hesitate about running with randoms. I'm not about to go through that [i]bullshit[/i] again.

1 ReplyI've beaten him legit plenty of times, there's no challenge in doing it with my group. There's also no fun in doing it since I've done it many times already. The raid is only a means to an end; level 32. The first time was the fun, now it's tedious. Cheesing makes it easier/faster. I don't know what people you were playing with where it took longer, but that isn't the case in my experience.

Ill join ur team to beat the cheesers lol forreal though the 1 time i did cheese it took like 20 minutes of getting the timing right meanwhile my regular raid team i play with beats the whole raid in 30-40 minutes

The raid should have been fixed as soon as the cheesing was first posted on bungies own forums. Ive only done the raid a few times, the first being the right way. After that every group I get in cheeses it. I either back out and pray i find a legit group or stay. Bungie screwed up bad.

You're not entitled to raid gear simply because you bought the DLC. These exploits need patching. If you can't complete the raid legit, for any reason; you don't get the loot. Simple.

I kind of agree with this post but i do t agree with the harradment. I have beaten crota legit and i have cheesed him. I prefer legit but if my group just cant do it due to lack of gear, not skill, then i say cheese so they have a better chance for better gear.

I only cheese when I have stupid people with me and can't do it or when it's about to be weekly reset and I haven't done it. I could beat if legit but if I have the option to cheese, then I will if I feel like it
