Revised: Those who cheese Crota have ZERO skill
It's becoming harder and harder to find a decent group with MODERATE skill to beat Crota without cheesing. The common response: "It's easier", "It's faster", "We have a two level 30s"...WTF Is wrong with you?
I challenge you(Do you guys even LIKE a challenge???) that I will beat crota with two level 30s and myself carrying the sword...With ANY of my characters as 31, I wont even use my level 32 hunter, BEFORE you can cheese him..

5 RepliesOnly reason he is cheesed is because it's hard to find a group of decent players. I am not fond of spending hours at Crota like the first time I did it. Therefore it would be easier just to get it done in 5minutes. When hard raid comes out obviously people who dont know how to do it will be kicked and it will hopefully be easier 2 find a good raid team. Until then I am not wasting time...

Did it legit once, now I'll keep cheesing till they figure out a patch, why work harder when you can work smarter? Besides the hard raid will probably have different mechanics just like the hard raid in the VoG, so Everyone's going to have to re figure out the best strategy to beat it all over again

That's why even if I find groups that want to cheese it, I will make it a point to try to do it legit on all my chars at least twice a week cause they will eventually patch it

Love it. I had a to have this talk with kids the other day. They wanted to cheeze the whole raid. The other older half wanted to do legit. We stuck with the legit way but I had to ask the kids if they ever done it that way. All of them said no. Even though he has a lv 32, I'm sorry to me that means shit. I have no problem having people cheeze, but to have not done it legit or have any idea how to do legit is just weak. I still find it faster and funner to do legit and will keep leaving groups that push for the cheeze. I can't wait for the patch on hard and see all the cheezers have no clue what to do!

For what he gives out I don't blame the cheesers! Three raids LEGIT! And I got 2 radiant shards, other character got 3 radiant energy and the other 2 radiant shards??! Wtf is wrong with that picture??? 2 weeks straight I may add...

I still can't believe that there are more ways to "cheese" in CE than there were in Vog. Although the fact that VOG is still broken is unacceptable.

I have full armour, Will of Crota and Black Hammer. Can't say I need much more from CE besides shards and energy. Intend to kill Crota without a cheese on hard. I won't cheese unless I've done it properly already.

6 RepliesMaybe I cheese because it's faster and much less a pain in the ass trying to get a team to work together? Doesn't mean I don't know how to do it. I know every step and could do it legit easily but I find cheesing funner and taking advantage of an alternate way of beating him. Me and my group beat that raid 8 1/2 hours after release.

5 RepliesI did it 100% legit week one I have the skill I'm not in a clan I'm not going to waste 2 hours finding a group to run it legit when I can knock out the raid in 30 minutes and move on with my life. Once again, I did it legit week once. I have the skill I see no problem in cheering if you suffered through doing it legit

Simply not the case, I'm afraid. Many "cheesers" simply are skilled at Destiny, but cannot find a group that knows anything. Thus, their last resort is cheesing and receiving crap rewards from our friend, Crota.
