Revised: Those who cheese Crota have ZERO skill
It's becoming harder and harder to find a decent group with MODERATE skill to beat Crota without cheesing. The common response: "It's easier", "It's faster", "We have a two level 30s"...WTF Is wrong with you?
I challenge you(Do you guys even LIKE a challenge???) that I will beat crota with two level 30s and myself carrying the sword...With ANY of my characters as 31, I wont even use my level 32 hunter, BEFORE you can cheese him..
Who's in? Im sick of your excuses, your whining, your "give me" generational attitude...you suck, just admit it...

If, you have Crota special or heavy weapon during the Hard raid once its released, and you DONT know what is going on, you will be booted you pathetic scrubs...

Well, i dont realy know how to crota since ive never beaten it, im just doing the part of the raid solo for gear... ive heard about it needing to leave and come back in etc but realy? Just beat it casualy ive watched alot of videos and it doesnt even take that long so "its faster" is no -blam!-ing excuse lol

16 RepliesI don't care I cheesed him and got a warlock helmet and hunter helm 10 minutes apart from each other, haha! It's fun. To bad they will patch it soon and I won't be able to do it anymore because that raid is unbelievable difficult and I don't have any skill.

4 RepliesLol people who cheese Crota are pathetic, I mean it takes less time to beat him by doing it the proper way. In our raid group, we now have a level 32 and we have him killed before first lot of ogres spawn. There are so many excuses why people cheese and they all crap. But you won't stop them, low life's are low life's. Might as well just let them do it for now and watch the crying when patched lol.

i did beat him legit now i stick to cheesing just to make the raid faster most people who cheese have in fact killed him once legit

4 RepliesFirst week of the dlc, took me 15hrs, and 5 different teams to find one that worked well together. Took him down 3 times that week. Next week after twice legit, the cheese became the popular choice. I fall in the I don't care category. My team can run him however we damn well please, and look forward to hard mode no cheese. Il say this. They better fix any glitches with Crota fight before hard modes out. If we get knights breaking barriers, invulnerable knights with launchers, vanishing sword, Insta oversoul death, Insta Crota shield regen, Crota disregarding shield down, Crota jumping down, swordbearer not spawning, and more like the b.s. that's still not fixed in vog then I will be pissed. Crota is easy, but one error, and it's a wipe. There's no recovering from most of those glitches. I have no problem fighting diffiicult raid mechanics and getting pounded, but if I feel like I'm fighting a games glitchyness more than playing the game something is wrong.

2 RepliesI can see why people are complaining on this and understand but im sure theres always a competent group ready to -blam!- crota up the legit way i only run the raid with my clan to get it done with we have even done it with a 29 and a 28 on the team lol all thats needed is 3 g horns and the rest is cake just timing and making sure the boomers are out when you grab the sword

Honey gets em' every time.

Never have cheesed and I never will. My group sticks to the rotation strategy and we can now take him down in 2 uses of the Sword with our level 32 while the others generate orbs and snipe out knights. If you have to cheese Crota please tell me how well that's going to work for you once the Hard Raid is out and the Cheese is patched.

1 ReplyThe whole raid is a joke. Even after they patch it there will be a new way to cheese it. The whole raid done legit feels like half of the vault of glass. I'd much rather play that one than this garbage.

Thank you for this. I took me wayyyy to long to find a group not willing to cheese the other night. But when we did he was down in about 6 minutes. Which is about the same time it takes to cheese so I hear.
