There's 3 to 4 seconds, maybe 5, of extra shoulder charge time. It's almost double of what it was which isn't bad. That's good if you're a lot into bashing people's head in, which I am. I mainly sport them for the special snowflake aspect it gives me since I've never seen anyone with them. Also they look kinda cool with thunderdevil and raid gear.
