That guy had every right to get called out... And it is illegal what he did... Glad it happened phonies like that deserve to get embarrassed

As hard as it is to believe, it's not illegal, it's only illegal if you try to get Military Discounts

Hence him wearing it at a mall... But I don't know for sure not saying he was anyway... and you are right... He could be wearing it just to wear it.. It's funny though haven't worn my uniform in public like that since coming home from boot camp 10 years ago.. Most of the other active duty guys I know feel the same and don't really like the extra attention and never ask for discounts... I get paid too I don't need a discount at least that's how I feel..

I appreciate your service, and I feel most people do it for attention, but I am not military and I can spot a fake, mainly because I am in MCJROTC and I am not saying I am a know-it-all but a fake soldier is not hard to miss, and this guy could of said that he knows it was wrong, but instead he keeps going on with the lie Which makes it worse.

No problem man.. Thank you...:) mad respect for JROTC.. Wish I was smart enough to jump in it when I was younger... and yeah it's easy to spot a fake the size of him was noticeable the way he carried himself was noticeable his incorrect answers dead give away.. Even after all that what I couldn't take my eyes off of was his t shirt under his blouse... Pet peeve of mine and can't stand when I see it lol
