Hard light should be higher! With aggressive ballistics, it does the same damage Monte Carlo did before the nerf!

I would personally place UR a bit higher. The gun has serious flaws, but the recent buff to shotguns in PvE make it quite usefeul, especially given the variety of excellent sniper and fusion rifles available.

I'd personally have it like this: God Tier: -Gjallarhorn -Hawkmoon -Vex Mythoclast Tier A: -Thorn -Bad JuJu -SUROS REGIME -Ice Breaker -Red Death -Truth -Patience & Time Tier B: -Plan C -MIDA Multi-Tool -The Last Word -Thunderlord -Pocket Infinity Tier C: -Hard Light -Monte Carlo -Invective -Universal Remote Tier D: -Super Good Advice -4th Horseman -Dragon's Breath Tier E: -Necrochasm -No Land Beyond Tier A reasons. Bad JuJu and Red Death both became real players with the recent damage buff to Pulse Rifles, and Bad JuJu with an Obsidian Mind warlock is supers for days. Patience & Time is great with the active cloaking and Third Eye for both PvE and PvP and it's potential maxed stability keeps every shot exactly on target even with it's extremely fast fire rate. Ice Breaker has infinite ammo and high impact to make sure everything dies, but shines more in PvE where the slower fire rate can work to your advantage. Tier B reasons. Plan C charges faster than most Fusion Rifles in the game, and it's instant switch fire makes it extremely powerful and versatile, but it still can be countered and the time to charge can still lead to your death before it goes off. Pocket Infinity has a worse charge time and it's lack of stability makes it difficult to guarantee kills if you opt for the larger magazine. Tier C reasons. Monte Carlo hits harder than it used to, but it and Hard Light were affected by the recent nerf to auto rifles lowering their effective ranges keeping them in the CQC ranges they're meant to be used in but other exotics fill the CQC role better than they do, specifically any of the Hand Cannons, Invective, Plan C, or the Vex. Universal Remote has an extended range allowing you to run with a fusion or sniper rifle in your secondary slot but still have a CQC option if you're pressed for it. Invective has an extended range also paired with full auto nearly guaranteeing a kill if you go head to head in CQC. Tier D reasons. Super Good Advice's exotic perk matched with it's awful stability and accuracy makes it better to choose Thunderlord or any of the rocket exotics in place of it. It only shines in Solar nightfalls, but Dragon's Breath works better and Gjallarhorn would always be the go to if you have one. 4th Horseman has terrible range and the full auto doesn't redeem it, it's better to choose Invective or Universal Remote if you want to use an exotic shotgun. Dragon's Breath is the worst exotic rocket launcher, the dumb fire/no tracking isn't an issue, but the solar flare left on impact is pointless with anything not a Major or a Boss dying from the initial explosion and a Boss or Major will quickly move out of the AoE. Tier E reasons. These are the bottom of the barrel, any other exotic is a better choice than these. Necrochasm is the best high RoF/low impact auto rifle though but it's low clip size makes it a waste of time to get it except as a trophy.

Pve and Pvp are very different, why not make 2 list?

Ha! I always destroy with no land beyond. It's really good if you put it in the right hands(pvp) As for pve it's junk

Push universal remote up several tiers to like tier b. PVE it's a beast. Same with invective.

Bump Bad Juju up another tier, when it's upgraded it's a force to be reckoned with, after the patch.

I would move the mythoclast back to tier a, most legendary auto rifles out dps it at mid range

Put MIDA in tier A. I doubted this gun for a while but after finding out it has stagger rounds stock, without the high caliber rounds perk, I basically use it all the time. The increased movement speed and third eye make it the most stacked gun in terms of perks.
