I totally agree with you I got the game at launch and just wanted two guns the vex mythoclast and Atheons epilogue. I even created another character to better my chances but yet I receive nothing just 3 vision of confluences and five time breakers, but yet everyone else gets what they come for and what makes it worst the lower level people get it more than anyone.

It took me 33 Vault clears (in total, at least 27 Hard modes) to get Fatebringer. The loot system is trash. Don't hope, Be determined.
