Hi LordChocoSlime,
Thank you for the detailed steps you took, it really is useful. It seems though, that you are currently port forwarding. We only recommend this in very specific scenarios and a HARE error is not one of them. In many cases we've found port forwarding can cause more trouble than it fixes.
If possible, can I have you instead 'open' those ports? Alternatively, you may want to try UPnP settings on your modem.

I didn't have any problems with BF4. this is problems with the network, your network that needs to be fixed.

not everyone can edit there modem settings some people have grumpy admins like me so no i feel like i bought this game for no reason i cant even play the second level of destiny without all these errors, coconut, hare, and many more.
