Then what was the reason to downgrade Tiger strikes, exactly? Force your hand to purchase the dlc. Pathetic. Its pretty much as if they removed reward from the original game and gave you one in the dlc ONLY. Tiger strikes aren't the only ones who suffer from this BS, VoG as well. Did you know that even if you get an exotic from VoG its capped at 300 damage (not even talking about Raid items but random exotic you get from chests)? Why the **** would an exotic be capped at 300 after patch went live? Zero viable reasons especially when everywhere else in the original game (without even buying the dlc) exotics drop with 331 damage. They downgraded the two main endgame contents because they knew its what most hardcore players played the most. This is f*cking DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRTY.
