DISCRIMINATION but I'm sure the EULA protects Bungie from everything... except for those leaving the game. Bungie is not god and they are not listening to their fan base..

Their fan base is so large, how do you expect them to listen and do something about every single little thing that each fan complains about? You would have an update every time you logged on. No to mention the game would be so broken. It's good to have some things better and some drops not occur as often. RNG is RNG and some things just need to stay the same for the quality of the game.
