My suggestion was to earn each of the VoG raid gear and max it. Once they do that they can trade it straight up for the new one and marks maybe.

That would make it too easy for people to reach max and there would be no point in doing the CE raid right now.

No trade t in for the vangaurd armor. The one you can just grind and buy not trade the old raid gear for the new raid gear.

Yeah I feel like then there is some progress rather than just skipping the old raid and the such.
