Fusion grenades still have a small AoE. If you miss a grenade hit in PVP then it's AoE can ignite whoever it touches.

But it does so little damage compared to the fire bolt if you miss

True but I solar grenades are more useful in PVE and only use fusion for shotgunning campers in PVP

What play style do you suggest? Honestly, please enlighten me, im not trying to be an asshole, its just this armor doesn't replace heart of praxic fire only reason it's even useful is it takes you to 32.

raid boots give you heavy ammo so its a wasted perk on HOPF

HOPF can take you to 32 as well
