Goodluck everyone :) There are only 3 loot drops (After the first stage, after the second stage, and after the last stage)
I was going to do a FULL REVIEW of my experience, but i guess i wanted to save the most fun (part 1) to you guys. Honestly ,battling through the first part is the most fun out of all of the raid lol :)
So, when you enter this second stage, you will see three totems on the front side, and two on the bad side, across the map.
I am going to tell you guys, everything I did, so for some people, it might be a little different.

Stage #2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=za0AjgQT56I

The key here is to get EVERYONE across and just kill the mini bosses. If you want to kill the Gatekeepers, which are RIGHT in your way once you cross the bridge one person at a time, then, go ahead. However, if you cannot kill them, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO! Just run away and let the next person come across.
1. You will position two guardians INSIDE each of the front totems, just like the VOG sync plates. Thralls will crawl up the walls, and this signifies that the second stage has been activated.
2. You will kill the enemies, until a creature called a "Sword Bearer" appears. Once it appears, someone will kill it, taking the sword relic it drops. You should build the bridge as it is about to die, so you can easily cross it.
3. Once you're across, you do NOT have to kill the Gatekeeper, but it is incredibly necessary to do so. (Let a titan use his/her flashbang grenade to stun the Gatekeeper for the next guardian)
3. If you're confused about the totems,
"The totems will undergo a visible animation and their streams will become red before triggering the kill, staying off the bridge building plate longer will make them reset more giving you more time back on the plate. Watching an empty totem can give a bridge plate Guardian a good idea of when it'll pop."
4. "The totems will only need to be watched if the bridge plate on their respective side is occupied. If the bridge plate is inactive standing at them is not necessary."
5. "Once three people have crossed they will need to open the bridge from their side while the other 3 cross over. This means they will have to hold the two totems across the chasm and the bridge plate between them. Those who haven't crossed don't need to stay on the bridge plate or totems any longer and they should stay off the plate to keep it from triggering a kill.
6. An ogre and a wizard mini boss will soon appear once your team is across, kill them, and you shall get your loot.
7. So far, i have a few people (Jack3dJoe & Trestero) who have helped with a few points, so thanks.

STAGE# 3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zX6Se8MhMqs
This part is difficult for some. There is a new debuff, called "Liturgy of Ruin." Once it is activated, you have i believe, three minutes to kill the boss, before it wipes you all out.
1. When you enter it, it is just like the VOG Gatekeeper stage. As a group, you can snipe the knights to activate this stage.
2. You can either kill the knights, OR you can avoid them all, and kill the wizard to the left of the stage.
3. Once the first wizard is dead, kill the shrieker behind it, and then run to the other side and do the exact same ething.
4. Once both wizards and shriekers are dead, the boss Ir' Yut DeathSinger will appear.
5. As a team, use your heavy weapons, and destroy her within the three minute time limit, before her song kills you all.
6. NO LOOT DROPS HERE, I KNOW LOL, IT SUCKS :(

Stage #4
Crota, the final boss, will appear shortly after, once you defeat the Ir' Yut Wizard.
1. You all will stand in the green crystal, and your screen while experience a glowing green aura. You will see enemies behind a glass wall on both sides.
2. Kill the enemies, and slowly make your way outside as one unit, you can either take the left side, or right side. (MAKE SURE YOU KILL THE HIVE BOOMERS SO THEY DON'T KILL YOU)
3. Have somebody run into the bright, glowing pool "Chalice of Light" and retrieve it. You will see a bright, blue star on a player, signifying that he or she has the Chalice of Light. As a team, kill the sword bearer that is below Crota, and grab his sword.
4. The Chalice of Light is like a VOG cleanse pool, but instead, it gives you health, since you CANNOT recover health during this stage.
5. Have your team shoot Crota until he drops on his knees, then the sword wielder will attack him (super works well).
6. If you see "Crota summons OverSoul" A GIGANTIC GREEN BALL APPEARS IN THE SKY, JUST FUDGING SHOOT IT :)
(THIS ONLY HAPPENS IF SOMEONE DIES ,THEN OVERSOUL WILL APPEAR)

5 RepliesI've heard a rumor that if you don't do any damage to the knights or other adds, only killing the wizards and the shriekers, you won't start the timer for her song until you hit her, giving you the most possible time to kill the death singer. Can anyone confirm/deny this?

10 RepliesImportant things about stage 2 you forgot to explicitly state as far as I can tell: 1. The totems will undergo a visible animation and their streams will become red before triggering the kill, staying off the bridge building plate longer will make them reset more giving you more time back on the plate. Watching an empty totem can give a bridge plate Guardian a good idea of when it'll pop. 2. The totems will only need to be watched if the bridge plate on their respective side is occupied. If the bridge plate is inactive standing at them is not necessary. This also segues into #3. 3. Once three people have crossed they will need to open the bridge from their side while the other 3 cross over. This means they will have to hold the two totems across the chasm and the bridge plate between them. Those who haven't crossed don't need to stay on the bridge plate or totems any longer and they should stay off the plate to keep it from triggering a kill. 4. While gatekeeper kills aren't mandatory per se, they're incredibly necessary. They can only be damaged by the Sword and it doesn't last long enough to kill two even if you can survive the Hallowed Knight shooting at the same time as the multiple are rushing you. 5. The Hallowed Knight in the back should be taken care of urgently between crossings, as it won't respawn but it has a lot of health and can be almost as dangerous as a gatekeeper. Engaging both it and a gatekeeper is suicide. 6. Once everyone is crossed over, DO NOT touch the bridge plate. It will remain active until the checkpoint is cleared and can trigger the Annihilation Totems. My group failed to beat stage 2 tonight because the one time we got everyone over and were doing well someone stood on the plate and wiped us.

Done the gatekeeper 3 times, and 2 of those times gatekeepers were left and it proved easier...though we cleared the side with 2 payers on one occassion and 3 on the other...ogres, wizards and thralls fairly easy to dispatch....but those gatekeepers glitch sometimes which is a pain

Edited by PeacefulNomad: 12/10/2014 9:30:20 PM1) Once one person is across, gatekeepers are easy to kill. Have someone keep him distracted while the sword guy smokes him. 2) speck max agility and armor. It helps a lot more than recovery this raid. Heck you can't even use recovery on the last part. 3) invisibility is the way to go on stage 2. Once 3 people are on the other side, a blade dancer can invis open the bridge while the other 2 people stand on the totems. (Gatekeepers won't attack you if your standing on the totems). 4) This isn't really a tip as its inconsistant but I'm sure someone can figure out a cheese by doing this. You can stand at the top of the totems on the first side of the bridge. Nothing will attack you when you're up there and it will keep the totem from activating. It doesn't work every time though.

2 RepliesTip: I believe that only a set number of Thralls spawn for the very first part. If you are in a group having trouble moving through that section then having the Saint-14 bubble shield helps to put them under crowd control without killing them, which causes more to spawn. Not to mention you can chain bubbles to hide in when you are building the bridge and all those ogres are trying to face -blam!- you. Also, Flashbang grenades from a striker can help immensely with Gatekeepers and Swordbearer during Stage 2.

12 RepliesA tip for when you are carrying the sword. The easiest way to kill the Gatekeeper on the other side of the bridge is to mash the quick melee button (R1 on PS4 and I would assume RB on X1 but not sure) and attack that way. Seriously, no need to do heavy or special attacks as the slower sword animation leaves you open to being CRUSHED by the gatekeeper. The quick melee keeps him staggered and unable to attack back. Plus if you are at least a level 30, it kills him in about 3-4 seconds. I was easily able to defeat two gatekeepers several times this way as a level 30 so it is quite effective. Channel your inner hack and slash!! =D

8 RepliesAlso if you send over a Stryker Titan as the first sword wielder, he can flash bang each gatekeeper before someone comes over with the sword. Makes it super easy to kill them.
