Yes, an expansion pack that will allow you to buy lvl 30 gear, increase the levels of your existing weapons, and increase the level of your existing armor, but you'll be stuck at lvl 28? The only reason you will stay that lvl after the expansion is because you chose to stay that lvl.

You can only buy the level 30 gear if you get that commendation though. One player posted that they ranked up and didn't get one, that stinks of more RNG to me.

I ranked up last night and got the commendation letter. Maybe it's a glitch.

They say you get one every time you rank so that was probly a glitch that needs to be fixed.
