DLC is $20. In Britain that is £12.76. We're being charged £20. We're being ripped off more than Xbox users. Imagine how British Xbox users feel.
For those saying its import fees, it's a download for christs sake! And we don't pay £60 for a new game like america pays $60 so there should be a difference.

1 ReplyBecause bungie wants people to throw money at the screen

3 RepliesWhether we wanted it or not, we stepped into a war with the Activisionians on Bungie. So let's start by taking out their commanders one by one. Pre-ordering. From what I can gather, he commands the gaming content from a Publisher outside of Destiny. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on DLC.

339 RepliesI did ask this question and I was told something about international trade tariffs and blah, blah, blah. Global Finance is my achilles heel. I'm sorry you're feeling as if we're treating you unfairly. At Bungie, we make games. You can lament Xur and his erratic inventory to me. Other costs of doing business are beyond my reach.

Same reason people on this side of the pond are celebrating today?

3 RepliesEdited by vaylon1701: 7/4/2015 10:21:35 PMThe British Gov and EU both charge fee's and taxes for electronically received goods, plus I think there is also a small tariff because it was made outside the EU. Its the same reason almost as why I can buy a BMW in Europe and it's cheaper than in the USA EDIT: Sorry guys, I thought this was just how they didi it. But after listening to you guys and looking around a bit. I'v learned that you guys get screwed a lot.

1 ReplyEverything cost more in the uk then it does in us. Gas, milk, games, etc.
-
1 ReplyBecause it costs money to ship the game. This only applies with physical copies of the game. If its on digital format idk why they are charging more there. Since it costs -blam!-ing nothing to download from servers.
